Service Use:
Hydra One LLC provides AI-powered speech transcription services. By using Hydra, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and our usage guidelines. This includes but is not limited to:
Intellectual Property Laws : users must not upload or transcribe copyrighted material without authorization.
Financial Regulations: accurate billing and lawful payment methods must be used.
Payments & Refunds:
Subscription fees are billed in advance. Refunds are available only for technical failures or service disruptions. Users are eligible for a full reimbursement within 30 calendar days of purchase.
Limitation & Termination
Hydra One LLC is not liable for indirect damages, data loss or misuse of transcriptions. Hydra One LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these terms.
Privacy Policy
Data Collection: Hydra One LLC collects basic account details (name, email, payment info) and transcription data to provide services.
Data Usage: Transcription data is processed securely and used only to deliver accurate results. Hydra One LLC does not sell user data.
User Rights: Users may request deletion of their data or account at any time.
Third-Party Access: Hydra One LLC may share data with trusted partners only for payment processing or technical support, never for marketing.
